See! My family loves birthdays! We just cannot help ourselves! Birthdays are the best! And, we kept my Dad's surprise party a surprise! No one ratted it out! I know we are notorious surprise ruiners, i.e. you asking my parents if you could propose to me got ratted out, and I recently ratted out that I got you a couples massage for your birthday.
We literally cannot help ourselves. We get so excited we want everyone to share in the excitement, even for the person the surprise is planned for. So if you learn any habit from my family, don't learn the surprise ruining habit. Learn the surprise and birthday loving habits instead.
